Kecoughtan HS students wait to textWAVY-TVHAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Kecoughtan High School students took the W82TXT pledge on February 2. "Wait to text" is a plan and a pledge to stop people from texting while driving. The goal is to get more than 150000 drivers to give it up for good. |
